What an incredible place! Have stayed in many shepherds huts/railway carriages around the country but this rates as one of the best. The setting feels incredibly rural yet is close to amenities. The walks from the hut are amazing – clear trails marked out by the National Trust. The village itself is spectacular and very quiet. Sonia ensured our stay was perfect. I will definitely be back.
