We’re delighted to announce that we’ve just moved to a new online organic veg box ordering system powered by Ooooby!
This will make managing your weekly organic veg box orders much more convenient and flexible. It will also change how you order and pay for your Coleshill Organics veg boxes.
Why the Change?
Ooooby is a grassroots online e-commerce platform that’s been developed specifically to help local food producers like us (finally!) move into the 21st century. The Ooooby platform facilitates over 40,000 food orders every month and is growing fast!
Our new Ooooby system will allow you to:
- Easily manage your organic veg box subscription online
- Add extras to your order, such as seasonal produce or local treats
- Pause or resume deliveries if you’re away or need a break
- Track your upcoming orders and make adjustments as needed
The new system is designed to make your ‘shopping experience’ simpler and more flexible. It will make things a lot easier at this end, too!
Your Next Steps…
I sent you an email last Friday with instructions on how to set up your new account, but in case you missed it, here’s a quick guide:
- Go to our new shopping website at shop.coleshillorganics.co.uk
- Click: Log in
- Click: Forgot your password?
- Enter your email address and click Reset
- You will receive an automatic email with a link to access your account.
Once logged in, please check that your organic veg box subscription is as you expect it to be and make any necessary updates for your Tuesday or Wednesday delivery.
IMPORTANT: Your Final BACS Payment
You will all find a final invoice in your organic veg boxes this week. This is the last invoice to be paid as usual via BACS (bank transfer) — hooray!
From this week on, all future payments will be processed through the Ooooby website only, so please follow the instructions below to register your payment card.
IMPORTANT: Add Your Payment Details
Please add your payment details to the new system:
- Go to your dashboard
- Click on ‘My Account’
- Click ‘Update Payment Details’

New Cut-Off Time for Your Orders
Finally, the Oooby system means a new cut-off for making changes to your weekly organic veg box order. The deadline is now 12pm on Mondays. (This is a change from the previous deadline of Tuesday.) Apologies for any inconvenience.
A Note About the Transition
It’s going to take a week or two to settle into the new system, so please bear with us, and forgive any errors! We understand that switching to a new system can be a bit of a hassle, and we really do appreciate your patience while we make the change.
