We are open to new organic veg box customers on a first-come, first-served basis. However, we have very limited capacity in certain delivery areas and so we cannot guarantee every order. If you place an order we will get in touch within 2-3 working days to let you know if we can take you on.

Following the lockdown in March, we were inundated with 100s of new organic veg box orders. We tried to take on as many people as possible and, as a result, we more than doubled in size in less than two weeks. But we then had to close to all new orders at the end of March. Between March and April, our website traffic increased by more than 1,000%, while over 800 new people subscribed to this newsletter alone.

On 20 April, we decided to reopen to verifiable Key Workers and Vulnerable Groups only. As a result, we were able to supply fresh fruit and veg to over 40 new customers who needed it most.

It has taken us all a while to get used to picking, packing and delivering twice the number of boxes we used to, and to learn the new delivery routes (it’s a lot harder than you might think). But the team are willing to take on more customers where we have space and capacity.

We are now open for new veg box orders on a first-come, first-served basis; however, we have limited capacity in some areas and so I am afraid we cannot guarantee that we can take everyone one. Once we have received your order, we will contact you by phone or email to let you know either way and (hopefully!) explain payment details.

Finally, I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to the wonderful Coleshill Organics team — Matt, James, Lynda, Clemency, Liza, Becky and Jack — who have worked tirelessly to take on so many new customers and adapt to new social distancing guidelines and work regimes. They really have been immense.

We look forward to welcoming as many of you as possible on board. Just in time for the summer’s bounty, too!
